Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings (whether made online, by telephone, by email, in person or any other method) and all agreements for the provision of Services by Nicole Vine Personal Stylist.
“We” means the team of Nicole Vine Personal Stylist (NVPS);
“Service(s)” means personal styling, wardrobe workout, personal shopping and any other services provided to you by Nicole Vine Personal Stylist;
“Client” or “you” means any person who contracts with Nicole Vine Personal Stylist for the provision of Services.

On occasion, to provide increased value to our visitors, this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without Nicole Vine Personal Stylist giving prior written consent.
Wardrobe Workout – 50% Deposit, balance due 14 days before the Service commences.
BrandStyle – 50% Deposit, balance due 14 days before the Service commences.
LifeStyle – 50% Deposit, balance due 14 days before the Service commences.
Deposits are non-refundable, are required for all Services and will confirm your booking. The deposit is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Please note if the deposit is not paid by the due date the booking will automatically cancel out of the system.
If your Service commences within 14 days of your booking full payment is required upfront. Payment can be made by Direct Debit and details will be provided on the invoice.
Should full payment not be received by the due date your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to rebook NVPS at a later stage a new deposit will be required followed by the balance due 14 days before the Service commences. Should there be a price increase at your new booking time this will also be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
There will be no refund or exchange available for any Service that has already been conducted or is to be conducted 10 days prior to your Service commencement date unless, of course, initiated by NVPS.
Please note NVPS does not act as an agent for any of the stores to which you may be introduced to. Contracts for the purchase of goods are between you and the relevant store and their terms and conditions of sale. NVPS has no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods you may purchase during, or as a result of, the provision of a Service by NVPS. Receiving refunds for clothes and other items purchased whilst shopping in store is the responsibility of the Client. As such any refund request should be made directly to the store.
Cancellation or Reschedule
If, for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your session with us, you must advise NVPS in writing as soon as possible. An acknowledgment of your wish to cancel or reschedule must be received by NVPS before next steps can be taken. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 24 hours of your written request, please contact NVPS by telephone asap. If no notification is received by NVPS you risk any chance of being refunded.
If you wish to cancel your Service, at any time, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel within 10 days of your Service commencement date your full fee will be forfeited. If you cancel after your full balance has been paid but before 10 days of your Service commencement date we will refund you minus the original deposit amount.
Should you wish to reschedule your appointment for any reason we will do our best to book you in at the next available time. Please note, often there can be a 6 month (or longer) wait period for new Services. If more than 72 hour’s notice of your Service commencement date is provided you will be able to use your deposit towards your rescheduled appointment. Should the notification to reschedule fall within the 72 hours your deposit will be forfeited.
As always Nicole understands that sometimes circumstances arise beyond our control and Nicole will use her discretion in these cases.
If NVPS has to cancel your consultation every effort will be made to rebook you as soon as possible. Should a mutual time not be agreed you will be entitled to a refund.
NVPS will travel free of charge within 50 kms of Melbourne CBD. Should you wish a Service to be provided out of that zone, travel fees of $100 p/ hour will apply. Please note this is primarily a Melbourne based Service so Nicole may not be able to Service all regional areas. In addition, the personal shopping experience is generally in Melbourne based stores so you will be required, unless otherwise agreed, to travel to Melbourne, at your own expense, for that part of the Service.
Interstate Services can be provided via a customised arrangement.
Service Session Timing
Your Service session will begin and last the duration it has been booked for. It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive on time. Given Nicole’s full schedule if you are late your session time will still conclude at the original end time. Should you wish a session to run over time, and Nicole agrees to this, extra time will be charged at $75 for every additional 30 minutes or part thereof.
In the unlikely event that the Client is unhappy with any Service provided by NVPS the Client agrees not to make a negative or disparaging media release, review, announcement, blog, public statement or article for publication (negative social media publication) in electronic form or otherwise, except after having first referred the matter to NVPS and after having provided NVPS with a reasonable opportunity to address or rectify the matter of concern.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, but they can be transferred to another person and can be redeemed for other Services of the same value. Services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Corporate Speaker and Event Payment Terms
On booking a Speaker or Event related service an invoice will be sent for 50% of the total service cost. The non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice and will reserve the date of the event.
Full payment of the balance is due 14 days prior to your Event. If the service is within 2 weeks of the booking time full payment is required upfront. Payment can be made by Direct Debit and details will be provided on the invoice.
